About the Founder
Emile Lenzi
I spearhead Wolf Projects and am the accountable go-to person who you will deal with. My clients appreciate my accessibility and being able to speak to me directly. There is no passing the buck in my business. I am passionate at what I do and how I do things to ensure that my clients are 100% satisfied.
I am South African, with Italian blood in my veins. My parents travelled from a town in Italy called Tivoli over 50 years ago to spend their honeymoon in South Africa – and never looked back. I am crazy about quality and excellent service. I wear my heart on my sleeve – with me, there’s no beating around the bush, I tell it like it is. You either love me or hate me. I am crazy about good food and being a food connoisseur by heart, I know what it takes to be able to deliver good food and excellent service and this drives me to give only my best, too.

Magnetic Fridge
Door Seals
Quality fridge door seals are critical to ensure optimal cooling and energy efficiency. We only install quality door seals and measure before manufacturing magnetic door seals. Existing seals are removed, the surface is cleaned and prepped before the new seals are fitted.
Industrial Wheels Heavy Duty
After the end of a busy day, cleaning staff will thank you for fitting heavy-duty lockable wheels to the bottom of under bar fridges and other heavy kitchen equipment. This allows the heavy equipment to be moved easily when they need to clean at the end of each day.
Electrical Work

Most of what we do with refrigeration, industrial kitchen appliances and catering equipment involves some form of electrical work. We also install and assist with any type of lighting in the restaurant and display areas.
